Crestech recommends that all students take the Myers Briggs Test before they join our school. We also suggest that they allow their spouses to take the exam and purchase a copy of "Please Understand Me" and to discuss this book and the results with each other. We want you to take the online test, on the link suggested on this site or please do your own research. We also recommend that all students watch Joel Barker's "Business of Paradigms" video and purchase the book. This will go a long way in starting the new journey with Crestech. We also recommend that all students purchase and read the Book "The Fifth Discipline" by Peter Senge. Peter Drucker's book "Post Capitalist Society" is also a must read. These books will help you understand how to deal with yourself, with people, and with organizations and the new world that we face. The better you know yourself, the better you will be able to deal with the new economy. The better you understand yourself, the better you will be at your new job search, so it is very critical to your and our success. Online aptitude tests.
